      I’m now at the end of my tweak of pinboard theme, and only remain few thing that I can’t find solution and I’m really really unable to succeed, and about I think they are good ideas.

      The 3 firsts request can be a future feature seems legitimate as progress, I think. The last one is more subversive.

      1. Make the icon in the search bar clickable.
      2. Set 0 “post before the grid” whenever portfolio or blog as “post before the grid” set
      3. Translate or choose the verb for Facebook button on posts
      4. Allow html tag in excerpt

      1. I tried many things without success.
      Actually, there is an accessibility problem. End user must leave his mouse to press the enter key.
      I don’t know how the hell it could be difficult but I think this feature is useful.

      2. If you set a number for “post before the grid” for portfolio or blog (I dunno), the search result also add a post before the grid.
      you said to use : if( is_search() ) return false;
      right at the beginning of pinboard_post_is_full_width()
      But this as NoFx
      Perhaps an option to disabled post before grid for search or choose a number is a good thing

      3. In post footer, button text for Facebook is in English, only

      There are a lot of codes that can be found via goggle to allow html tag in excerpt for example :

      But all this codes rewrite Pinboard excerpt settings – length and more. and that’s a problem.
      Could it be possible to add html tags when want ?

      Also, a problem is when a link is shortened by excerpt length (when a post contains only a title and a link as a content, link is shortened). Could it be possible to add a possibility to keep the link, allow the link and shorten the title only ?

      This option would/could/should be disabled by default but could be used/enabled.

      Why ? I illustrate with an example :
      Add a new post with
      Title : A new website
      Content : Look at this new website http://www.mywebsite.com
      and I’ve got most of my post as this one… πŸ™

      Then only text is shown, the request is to keep the link.
      Hope I’m clear. That’s pretty annoying because I really can’t find a way to fix this.

      PS completely something else : excerpt is stripped with … as more tag. In French when … is used, typography never add a space before like “this example…”.

      I managed to fix the point 4 and PS tweaking codes, but i’m still looking for solution for the 3 first problems !!
