      Hi Daniel,

      Many of my answers have been solved with these help forums, thanks!

      I am hoping you’ll be able to answer this gallery question for me. I want to be in charge of image order and the number of columns. I understand that if I select the post format as Gallery – the gallery will automatically be inserted into the post, however I can’t figure out where to change code for that layout in order to change the number of columns.

      So, I selected the post format as Standard – so now I am able to insert the gallery with my chosen number of columns and image order. However, when I do this I can’t get rid of the main image I used in the homepage slider from appearing at the top of the gallery. Also, I can’t seem to get the gallery to open up in lightbox any longer. I can only get it to open to a separate window or open a group of images with the same title.

      How do I get rid of the featured gallery image?
      How can I address lightbox issues?
      If I’ve missed a forum that has already answered this, please direct me.

      The gallery shoercode has an exclude parameter with which you can exclude certain images. Also, if you add the parameter link=”file” the images will open in a lightbox. Read more here.
