blogging and I don’t understand most of what needs to be done in order to customize blogs. The internet jargon is over my head!

But, I live thousands of miles away from home and I’d like to start being serious about my blog. I found this theme and I really love it, but I have a simple problem: I can’t figure out how to get my pictures from the gallery to appear on the main page.

Could someone point me in the right direction (but also not laugh at my elementary question)?

Back on my homepage, I now see the image.
