      Hello all,

      fisrt, i want to thank the Onedesigns team for your great work with the pinboard theme.

      However, I come to you today, beacause I have a little mystake on the french pages of my website: http://ms-riebel.com.

      I use the last version of pinboard with polylang. On the englsih and german pages, there is no problem.
      But in the french pages, on the post pages, In the line where are the category name, the date and the edit button There is just a text: “snapEDIT:1”.

      I’ve searched in the theme options but I didn’t find anyway to fix the problem.

      Would you like to help me please to fix it ?

      Ah je vois, c’est un champ personnalisé, j’ai eu ce même problème. C’est surement causé par un plugin.
      Les champs personnalisés sont en dessous de ta fenêtre d’édition. Si ils ne sont pas affichés, coche-les dans l’onglet déroulant “option de l’écran” en haut de la page, puis cherche-les en bas de page.
      Essaye de les supprimer et sauvegarder.
      J’ai eu beaucoup de problèmes pour supprimer mes champs récalcitrants, je l’ai supprimé dans la base de données du site, finalement, c’est pas compriqué, une fois que tu a trouvé la ligne ou figure ton champ personnalisé, il suffit de le supprimer il y a aucun risque.

      Bonjour Myleene,

      merci pour ta réponse, j’ai effectivement supprimé l’affichage de la mention “snapEDIT” en décochant la case “révision” du menu “options d’écran”.
      Cependant, les mentions comme la date, le nom de l’auteur ou le bouton d’édition n’apparaissent toujours pas dans les articles français comme ici: http://ms-riebel.com/fr/pele-mele/

      alors que ces mentions apparaissent sur les traductions anglaises et allemandes. Bon, en soit ce n’est pas grave, c’est juste que, n’ayant pas encore touché aux fichiers du thèmes (car je viens de le mettre à jour, je ne vois pas d’où peut venir ce problème d’affichage.

      Sinon polylang est bien un plugin qui est d’ailleurs la raison de mes débuts sur wordpress car le CMS avec lequel je travaille habituellement ne permet pas encore de créer des sites multilingues.

      thanks for your help. I made what you tell me to do and it works. The “snapEDIT” reference disapeared since I clear the checkbox who’s displaying the revision list of a post (in the screen option when editing post)
      However, the references as the date, the author and the edit button still not display in the french pages while they are displaying in the english and german traduction as for this post: http://ms-riebel.com/fr/pele-mele/

      It’s not a priority, but i asking me why ? I said that I didn’t have change the pinboard theme files.

      Otherwise, polylang is effectively a plugin who’s allow to translate all the contents of a wordpress website. It’s working good and It’s the reason why I come to wordpress. The CMS that I usually use do not allow to make multilanguage websites.
