<p>I would like to make your great theme have a static header and menus, just like this support site, but can&#8217;t seem to accomplish that. I am kind of a newbie and mediocre with CSS skills.<br />
I tried updating the following css:<br />

<p>It works keeping the header static but the stuff below the menu just slides up to the top of the page behind the static header and menu and the top right where the social icons are is transparent so you can see everything slide up.  Is there any way I can I keep this the information below the menu from sliding up initially and just start moving when it scrolling occurs? I hope I am being clear?</p>
