It works inconsistently sometimes the menu background (black) which is fine but it also appears transparent. The machine in which I did not see the header at all is in a meeting room we use and for our monthly meetings. I will get the IE version number when I go there again on Oct 10 (I installed chrome and ran with that for our meeting so everything worked fine.).
