I want to have a sidebar.

The main Portfolio page always displays as a 3 column grid no matter which template I select.

I found that when I created a page with “Portfolio” as the parent page, then when I selected the template, it would work but not for the main portfolio page!

My static page was also named “Portfolio” and that’s why the category and the page had the same URL. I have renamed my Portfolio static page and the templates work now.
