Search layout is broken when searcing.

When you search my site, lets say for “cosplay”, the display is all messed up. The results on page two show my product posts from woocommerce behind my regular wordpres posts. See here: http://carrielachance.com/page/2/?s=cosplay

My Woocommerce works perfectly although I don’t how to use Hooks. Instead I replaced the loop as described here: http://docs.woothemes.com/document/third-party-custom-theme-compatibility/

All works great on my site except for this search issue.
I’ve turned off all plugins.
Updated all plugins & themes.
Search works find on worpress 2014 theme.
HELP PLEASE…
