for the life of me the front page. I keep reading the how to section on http://codex.wordpress.org/Creating_a_Static_Front_Page but were it states front page display with drop down menu, it shows blank. No drop down menu. Even in the reading panel, it does not show front page display selection at all. All it has is about the blog info. Please help.
