    I use only one featured post and also hide the image on the blog page, as I don’t want it to compete with the slider images.

    It’s better to use margin-bottom than margin as it gives you better control.

    But to showing all your posts you can create a static landing page and assing it as the start page at “Settings/Reading”. In the menu you only show your dedicated blog pages than.

    Maybe the post in the portfolio are excluded from the blog page by default in this theme? Looking into your site, all the post that feeds the slider are there. So which posts are you missing??

    Your pictures are smaller than the theme width. You should support a bigger image which can be downscaled instead of upscaled. For the best results use two different images (thumbnail vs. post) each with the native size when uploading.

    The WP import feature didn’t seem to support featured images when creating the DB. To have this changed is quite complex and can not be answered in a support forum.

    Like Viper said “Embedding Quiktime and other regular video files is a major pain in the ass and it’s incredibly hard to get it to work in all browsers and operating systems.”

    Try common upload sites like Youtube or Vimeo instead.
