      I’m not sure about the sizing limitations for it. It just removes the default margins and moves the header image up and to the left. I use it for mine, but like jandupamu said before, I have a weird header size. I believe mine is around 850 x 285. They talk about some other possible fixes in this thread: http://dev.onedesigns.com/support/topic/customize-your-header-tutorial-and-question

      Well I was having some problems with it and I quit trying..and then today I went ahead and uploaded one that wasn’t the correct size and it seems to be working fine. If you skip the cropping step it worked for me. It does appear stretched on the preview after upload, but going to the site it looks fine.

      He answers your question several times. The problem is that your links are linking to the attachment page and not the actual image. In gallery settings, where it says “Link thumbnails to:” change it to “image file” instead of “attachment page”
